The Great Rivers Council of Missouri
Great Rivers Council serves youth in central and northeastern Missouri with headquarters in Columbia.  Includes calendar, newsletter, camps, training, and on-line forms.  There is also a link to the Scout Shop and our local Five Rivers District.

BSA High Adventure 
Philmont Scout Ranch
Philmont Scout Ranch is the Boy Scout of America's premier high-adventure based experience.  It challenges Scouts and Venturers with more than 200 square miles of rugged New Mexico wilderness.  Backpacking treks, horseback cavalcades, and training and service programs offer young people many ways to experience this legendary country.  See one of the Troop 11 leaders if you are interested in going.  Several plan to hike in July, 2010.

Florida Sea Base
The Florida Sea Base Adventure offers a year-round opportunity to explore a completely different type of wilderness - the underwater wilderness.  Florida Sea Base provides many vehicles to gain access to the Atlantic Ocean, coral reefs, the Bahamas, the Florida Keys, and other isolated islands by means of large sailing vessels, power boats, kayaks, and SCUBA equipment.  Scouts 14 years or older need to ask one of the leaders if you are interested in attending in the summer or over Christmas Break.  Our last rip was December, 2009.

The Northern Tier offers many summer and winter adventures, each geared to the goals and desires of your group.  Come to Northern Tier for an unforgettable experience in the world famous northwoods "Canoe Country".  Ely, MN
